Loyalty Points

As our way of giving something back to our loyal customer base, The Vaping Hamster is offering Loyalty Points. You can earn points every time you place an order, which you can then use to get money off on future orders. This is simply our way of saying thank you for your custom.

How does it work we hear you ask…

So.. every time you place an order at www.thevapinghamster.com you will earn 1x Loyalty Point for every £1 you spend. Each Loyalty Point is worth 2p (Please note that you must be signed in to your account and if you are not registered then you can register here) you can then use these points to redeem against future orders.

From time to time The Vaping Hamster will run competitions where we will be giving away Loyalty Points as prizes alongside many other amazing prizes, so make sure you tune into our social media pages and keep your eyes peeled.

Oh.. Wait you want to know how to redeem your points?

Ok… Simply log into your account and then select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket. Once you have entered your delivery address and selected the shipping method you wish to use, click "Order Summary" and under the list of products you are buying, it will say how many Loyalty Points this order will give you and how many you currently have. You will see a figure on the right showing the maximum amount you can redeem off of your order. You don’t have to use all of your points so you can change the figure if you wish to save some for another time. You must click redeem and wait for the page to refresh before the new total to pay appears.

You can use your loyalty points with any promotions or offers that we offer however, this may affect your eligibility to the promotion or offer if it brings the order total to less than a minimum needed for any offers or promotion, i.e., you receive free delivery on all orders over £20. If you spend £21 but redeem £3 from loyalty point then your total spend would be £19 so therefore you would not qualify for free delivery. So please bear this in mind when redeeming points.

Wait.. Don’t go there is more yet….

So… the more people you refer to shop with The Vaping Hamster the more points you can earn. We have put together a referral program where you earn points every time someone shops with us via your referral you will earn points. You will earn the same number of points that your referral earns and this is on top of your own points whenever you shop with us.
